why not order it new from a bridal salon?!?  It will be inspected and not be "used" and if there is something wrong, the staff wil send it back and get a new one.  If it is the price that bothers you, just ask for a discount and I am sure you will be offered one.  Plus there wil not be a stigma attached to it (being used by someone else)
