I have posted some preliminary pics of my Ebay China dress in my bio under Beauty and Attire.  Have to wait till Monday to get pics with the dress actually on.

    did you get a quote back yet from your seamstress on how much it's gonna cost to fix the problems?i wouldn't be surprised if it cost more for the alterations than what you spent on it.glad you weren't too bummed with the process.

    It's actually only about $40 to fix the top of the dress.  The other things are things that probably would have had to be done anyway, letting it out on the sides, shortening it, and bustling the train.  Total cost for alterations is $125.I seriously need a fuller crinny though.  The dress doesn't stand out enough, and since my waist is not tiny, it needs to stand out more to make my waist look smaller.New pics with the dress actually on are in my bio.
