Like many budget-minded brides, I thought I would save money by ordering a replica of a designer dress I loved but could not afford. I had heard bad things about China-based companies and went with a business based in the USA. Unfortunately the dress I received was nothing like the one I wanted, I actually CRIED when I took it out of the box. I have since found a much lovelier dress and it cost less than the replica I ordered. So here is what I learned from my experience. All web sites will only post positive testimonials and those testimonials may not even be real! Do some investigating BEFORE ordering - check to see if the BBB has a report about the business. Had I checked, I would have found out the establishment I used has a rating of F! DO a web search on the establishment and look for ratings/reviews/complaints. Finally, make sure you understand the return and refund policy! I am sure there are brides who have had positive experiences ordering their dress online, but DO INVESTIGATE BEFORE ORDERING!!!
