How do you feel about sweetheart necklines?

Just wondering what your opinion on sweetheart neckslines?? I'm still working on finding my dress- but I found one that might be the one... I like the sweetheart neckline but I've heard bad things about it (that people don't like them). I know I should have what I like...since it's my wedding...  But I'm just looking for some more opinions....

I think that they are flattering on many body types and are one of the more popular cuts out there.  I have never heard of people "not liking them".

I absolutely love sweetheart! My dress is actually a straight-across strapless, but I'm having it changed into sweetheart...it's so feminine and flattering!

I think they are adorable....and it's about what you want...not about what other people like.  If you love it, and you feel good in it.  I say go for it.

They are very popular. They don't look good on me at all (probably because I'm flat chested) but most women look very good in them

I prefer sweetheart necklines over the straight for most dresses. I think they flatter most ladies' bodies.

I love them ! I actually wish my dress had one but it would look really strange if my particular one did. Seeing all the gowns with them was seriously making me reconsider my choice/creation.

I've never heard of someone not liking a sweetheart neckline. You should get the dress that you like in a shape that flatters your body. My dress had a sweetheart neckline, and it was actually on my 'must have' list while dress shopping (PIB). Dresses without a sweetheart neck looked boxy on me.

I love sweetheart, they were my favorite style.  If they look good on you and you like it then go for it!

I personally hated sweetheart necklines before I went out dress shopping and I ended up buying a dress with a sweetheart neckline.  It's not an overly dramatic one and it's so flattering.

I wouldn't discount anything until you have tried it on.  I can't see why anyone wouldn't like it?  It's your dress, you should have what you like and what you feel good in.

I specifically looked for NOT a sweetheart and ended up loving that neckline more than a lot of others.
