Cathedral Veil w/ no train?

Hi everyone, I am usually just a lurker here, but I had a question. Is it appropriate to wear a cathedral veil with a dress that has no train. I don't want a train, I think it would be a hassle, but now I am kinda wishing I had that look for my ceremony. Any ideas? Would a cathedral veil add to that look?

I think that chapel or cathedral length veils look fantastic with dresses without a train. It gives the illusion of a train without the hassle of having to deal with it after the ceremony. I say go for it!

I think its a great idea then you don't need to bustle later on for the reception!

My dress does not have a long trin and I am also wearing a cathedral veil.

I did this and I think it looked very pretty.  I loved my cathedral veil and took it off for the reception.  I didn't need a bustle on my dress and it all worked out great!
