Along with the death of FI's grandfather I found out tonight that my uncle who has cancer has been moved to intensive care. He is very very ill, but this is just the icing on the cake. I told FI tonight I want to cancel the wedding and just elope! Im so sick and tired of bad news.

My wish is that your wedding will be an amazing celebration amongst all this terrible news.  I hope it truly proves that there is always something to look forward to when times seem to be at their worst.  Allow yourself to feel the negative stuff out right now, don't suppress it or skim over it.  But, at the same time, don't lose sight of the most amazing day you have worked so hard to plan for the two of you, and your families.  Find a way to honor those who no longer can be with you, but don't focus on it.  Let it be a way for your families to feel true happiness during this rough time.  We're here for you too.
