30s Hollywood

Has anyone seen a dress thats inspired from the 1930s. I am looking for the glamourous 1930's hollywood look. This is for a fall wedding in about 2 years so I am doing internet looking then the bridal dress shopping later when I got a good idea of what I am looking for.

Well although, I'm pretty sure you don't want to order a dress online, unique-vintage.com has some gorgeous vintage inspired dresses.  That's where I'm getting my 50's style dress.

Do you have a favorite actress from that era? You could try and find dresses that mimick dresses she wore. At least things you like about the dress. I would really wait another year before you start looking.  Getting ideas for styles is one thing, but there are so many new gowns that come out every year, and so many more that are discontinued, that it would be a really bad thing to have your heart set on something and then find out you can't get it anywhere.  JMO.

Depending on your price point Ramona Keveza has a lot of 1930's hollywood glam designs... I tried one on and felt like Grace Kelley, but it was too expensive for me.Also, Vineyard Hayden has that old hollywood glam look and it is a lot less than the RK dresses:http://www.priscillaofboston.com/dress_detail.jsp?gid=610&sfid=50940&f=&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;But definitely wait until November 2010 before you start dress shopping.
