Hey Plus Sized Ladies!

I was not looking forward in any way to dress shopping, until my MOH made me go. I am a size 20 formaly a 22, and i just knew it would look like I was wearing a big sheet. It sooo did not. The dresses that are in David's Bridal & Alfred Angelo are amazing. They are very, very flatering. Some of them even looked better on a plus sized figure than the models in the magazine. So I hope this makes you look forward to dress shopping. I hate dresses & shopping, but I loved shopping for my bridal gown. Just wanted to share...

I've noticed that so many real brides look better in the dresses than the models.  A lot of times the dresses just hang funny on the anorexic-looking models.  I'm glad you had a great experience.  I am getting my BM dresses from Alfred Angelo because the girls are all different shapes and sizes, and I found they had a variety of dresses that looked stunning on all body types.  Take care, and thanks for the happy post.

I am actually planning on wearing a Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dress in ivory. I am too plus size (size 20) but have a little over a year before my wedding so I am going to attempt to lose some weight...wish me luck!
