Sorry, I'm sure this has been posted a million times.I'm wonder if anyone's used RK Bridal and what their experience was. I'm looking to order a Maggie Sottero dress.TIA!

We used them for my sister's bridal gown, my mother's gown for both my sister and my wedding and we got my bridesmaids' dresses from them. I was able to give them a quote from netbride which they beat by 5%. The dresses all came in ahead of schedule. I should note that I live in NY and have been to their store numerous times. I would recommend calling them since their website is not the greatest!

Bought a BM dress from them 3 years ago and it went very smoothly. Went in to try on bridal gowns and hated the place. Ordering online from them was a breeze though.

Was just there on Friday! I was there a couple years ago to pick up a BM dress..wasn't loving the place! But when I went back Friday, I couldn't of had a better experience! I got there first thing (they do not allow appointments for the first time) and didn't have to wait at all! The saleswoman (Aisha) was great and very knowledgeable!! They were the only place around me ( I live in CT) that had most of the dresses I wanted to try on! We even hopped over to try on BM dresses too! Easy & very productive day, IMO. HTH & GL!

I ordered my dress there and also gave them a price from Pearls Place and they beat it by 5%. It came in a month ahead of schedule and was absolutely beautiful.I had a GREAT experience there ... but then again, I'm not the type that enjoys having people fawn over me. It's definitely a "self service" type set-up - not by any means the typical bridal salon. They don't take appointments so you have to get there early and put your name on a list. You can go around and grab dresses or speak with the attendant once your in the dressing room and they'll go and pull dresses for you. I really liked it because they have a huge selection and I was able to try on a lot more than I typically would in a traditional store.

I went into the store and had excellent service. I also had my bridal shipped after all the alterations and it arrived super quick. Nothing to complain about.

I would be ordering the dress over the phone and won't be going to the shop. Sounds like their mail-order service is good. Thanks everyone!

The problem with Maggie is that they restrict stores for selling at a discount. I am pretty much sure you will not get a discounted price on their gowns from most stores.

The store I found the gown at was $1099.99, Pearl's sells it for $928 and RK will beat that by 5%, so it saves a bit!
