I ordered a red evening gown for my reception through Vestalo. They didn't even measure me before ordering it and guessed on my size, and then when the dress finally came in (a full week late after I had paid for rush shipping), it was way too big. By this time it was only 5 days before my wedding and it would have had to be taken in from a size 10 to a size 4, impossible in that amount of time and very expensive. They admitted that they knew they sent me the size 10 (I live two hours away from the store and they knew when they gave it to my mother, who picked it up for me, that it was the wrong size) but only offered to cover a part of my alteration cost, which would have cost me more than I paid for the dress. Then, they told me that if I drove up on a Sunday, they would let me try on other dresses in the store to buy in exchange , but failed to disclose that there were none in my size. I drove all that way for no reason. On top of that, they gave us a hard time about the refund. Buyers beware!
