Does anyone have an experience ordering online from this Bridal store? So far they have the best price on my dress, athough RK bridal will beat it my 5%, but Pearl's Place as been much easier to communicate with.

I ordered my dress from their.  They were great to deal with on the phone.  I also freaked out a little because everyone says they get their dresses early and mine was supposed to take 3 months so after 2 months 3 weeks I called asking where it was and they tracked it down for me and then emailed me every day until I recieved it.  I recieved it exactly when they told me I would.  Point is, they were great to deal with even when I was being a crazy bride.

Pearl's Place is an actual store in New Orleans. They have a wonderful reputation as far as their phone in orders. The actual store is another story. As long as you don't have to walk through the doors or use them for alterations you should be fine.

I ordered my mom's dress from them and had a good experience. PP has been getting rave reviews on the Knot for many many years now so you can definitely trust them .

When I was in the market for my dress, I heard nothing but WONDERFUL things about Pearls Place.  Apparently they have close to NO complaints and their customer service rocks.  From what I read... you're probably pretty safe with them.

Yes Pearl's Place sets the standard, and they give low prices. The business about the discounting lower by other sites is just crazy. If you call RK they just ask you what Pearls or Netbride quoted, not giving you their low price first. Sort of like a bazzar. I did not like it much and there were some hidden charges there also. I would stick with Pearls or Netbride.

I have just got to rave about Pearl's Place. www.pearlsplace.com. The store was able to get a dress for a friend that every other store and site said they could not get quickly, end of story, the dress was made in 3 weeks and at a good price.  All of my friends have ordered maids and gowns there and all satisfied.

I got my wedding dress from PP as well as my bridesmaids dresses and I have nothing but raves as well. Wedding dress was in my hands 3 months and 1 week after ordering it, the price was great, no sales tax, and no shipping. The bridesmaids dresses were $40 (yes, FORTY) less than they were in the local shops. My girls were thrilled with the savings. Dresses came in after FIVE weeks, and were beautiful. No problems at all, would recommend them to anyone.

Thanks. So far my experience with RK has been less than desirable. When I am ready to order I am leaning more towards PP than anyone else. Everyone seems to rave about them, which is very inportant to me, and so far they have had the best prices on dresses as well. In some cases with the 10% discount and free veil Jays Bridal is lower. Does anyone have any thoughts on Jays Bridal that they can share with me.?Thanks again for everyone's help! :-)
