Have you tried netbride.com? I nearly ordered from there, but at the last minute I found a used dress. Their prices are quite good, and while I can't attest to the quality of the dresses they produce, many people seem to find them one of the best comapnies to order from. The quote they gave me was $1092.00 for Watters 1039B, while it usually runs in stores for a little under $2000. Otherwise, you may want to try posting on Want It Now on eBay. Sounds crazy, but I did that, and within three days I had been contacted by four people who had a dress to sell that was not up for auction on eBay. Two of them were bridal store owners who said they had the dress for sale at the same price as Net Brides did. Otherwise, I've had the most luck on bravobride.com and preownedweddingdresses.com.
