Back Butt?

I need some good vibes. I LOVE my dress..but in pics from my first fitting the back bothers me some. I feel like I have a back butt...right in the middle of my back at the top of the dress. Does this bother anyone else...just call me crazy. I just feel like it is distracting. I know I am not a big girl, I just don't want anyone pointing out that I have this weird butt thing on my back.[IMG]http://i31.tinypic.com/xc521f.jpg[/IMG]I am sorry if I am crazy...just being picky I am sure. I think it will be okay, plus you will not always be walking around with your hands at your side-so it shouldn't look like this all of the time. Regardless of the size of a person, everyone I have seen wear a gown like this has some "creasing" at somen point or another. The dress is beautiful.

exactly. You know that you are the one that is going to be hard on yourself..while everyone else will be talking about how stunning you look! I hope I look half as pretty when I get my dress!

OMG i felt the same way! i am not a big girl either, (not real small im about a size 12-14) and i hate the back butt! mine was worse than that!!! hahaha my dress fit perfectly when i tried it on in the store, but i wanted a freash new one so i had them order one. when i got it, i was the exact same size but the fresh new one noone tried on was a little snugger, so i had a crease in my back right there and i hate it- well it ended up that the dress fit me well but they took it out around my back like an inch- or and inch and a half just to minimize it! my hair is really long so it covers my back too. but your is no big deal i barely notice it. you look great nad i love your dress. you look beautful!congrats! and noone will be looking at your back anyways.

thank you lucky! I am glad I am not the only one that this happens too.At least I won't be able to see it, since it is behind me!

I think that this happens to all of us girls no matter what size we are! You look SOOOO incredible in your gown. I love love love it! And...I would have never noticed the back at all and I'm sure that no one else will notice it either. Congrats on finding an amazing gown!!! You look perfect!

OMG your dress is BEAUTIFUL!!!! :-D You look gorgeous in it. Congrats on picking the perfect gown. I do not think that it is noticable at all, but I do see what you are talking about. If it bothers you, I am sure your seamstress can fix it, but honestly I wouldn't waste the money. GL!

Honestly, I looked at the title of your thread then straight to your picture.  I wasn't sure what you were referring to until I read your post.  I don't think people will notice unless you go around during the wedding mentioning your "back butt".. lol

I agree with everyone else here. You look fabulous! No one will even notice that little crease in your dress. It fits beautifully, really.

My sister had this issue with her dress too, so her alterations lady said to have someone, once the dress is on, try to pull it apart.  If that makes any sense to you!  But it actually worked and she looked fabulous.  Better than losing the dress and flashing the boobies!

I agree with the other ladies. You look beautiful. I am a plus size woman (14), so I'm sure I'll have many, many more issues than you. Don't forget you will be wearing a veil when people initially see you (unless you wear a cage veil). If it bothers you than much, sometimes a very good seamtress can add fabric or find additional fabric under the top of your gown and bring the back up a bit more. Again, you look beautiful, don't sweat the small stuff.
