Gold colored dress (Casablanca 1910)

I couldn't afford THE dress so I started searching for one that was close. I just bought a Casablanca 1910 http://www.preownedweddingdresses.com/dresses/8324/Casablanca-1910-Size-10.html that happened to be changed to look like the Hjelm 8857 I wanted. The only problem is it is "gold". Anyone else wearing a gold dress? What color flower girl dress do I get to match?

why is "gold" a problem?  mine was light gold and i loved it because of that.  your flower girl doesn't have to match exactly, nothing has to every match exactly.  most ivorys match gold.

That hardly seems dark or gold at all! Ivory dresses will look fine. Only you'll know the difference.

The gold color that this dress is shown in is not your typical gold. It looks more like champagne. It is very beautiful and looks classy in this color. Congrats!

I have a light gold dress and the flower girl is wearing an ivory dress. It looks nice together.

does anyone have a picture from their wedding in this dress. i too have bought this dress and am having second thoughts thinking that it maybe to plain.  did anyone else have this thought?
