I would call up your neighborhood fairy princess and ask where she got hers.  That's the easiest way.

Google Kirstie Kelly for Disney.  They are very princess-y.

I was also going to suggest Kirstie Kelly for Disney (http://www.disneybridal.com/) but you can also try Eve of Milady (http://www.eveofmiladybridals.com/). A lot of their dresses are big and princessy as well.

Davinci Bridal has some also.  Check out my dress PIB.  It's definitely a fairy princess dress.

If you've got a big dress budget, St. Pucchi has some pretty incredible and fairy-princess type dresses. I also recommend Maggie Sottero, there are so many different dresses in that line and I remember thinking that many of them had a pretty distinct fairy princess vibe! Good luck!
