A shrug problem

I know this isn't about the dress...completely..but it is related!My dress is strapless and I'm getting married in Feb..AND I have a tattoo right in the middle of my back.I looked at things like a bolero jacket, and a wrapor shrug, but neither of those things is exactly what I'm looking for.  What I really want is something like this  http://blog.craftzine.com/EveShrugWhits.jpg but i'm all thumbs as far as knitting goes.  Anyone know any websites (or people) that can make something like this but in an ivory color?  I love love love the look of it and this whole shrug issue is having me stressed out!

I second etsy. those vendors on there are freakin crafty :-)  Ive seen some really beautfil wraps and boleros..
