Jewelry for this neckline

I'm trying to decide what kind of jewelry will go with the neckline of my dress. Here's a link to a picture of the top of my dress http://christieandfrank.shutterfly.com/pictures/6 We are sewing in the lace to make a modesty panel so the "ladies" aren't in public view. This is the necklace/earring set that I'm thinking of getting... http://christieandfrank.shutterfly.com/pictures/7 What do you think? Too much? Any other suggestions on what I should look for?

Your dress is gorgeous and the jewelry set is pretty as well....but I think it would be too much together. I think you're on the right track in terms of finding a necklace with a drop or pendant. The problem I see with the necklace you picked out is the center part with the heart and extra curly lines - it may be distracting.

I personally would skip a necklace and go with simpler earrings. The neckline of your dress is already pretty detailed- I think a necklace would add too much clutter.

Katylily, I agree with the the necklace being too much now. Thank you. What about just going with these earrings? My head piece is silver with rhinestones so I'm hoping I can kind of tie the pearl beading and rhinestones in with these earrings. Do you think it matters that they are both silver?
