I've found my dress but what do you think?

Hello everybody, it's the first time I'm posting. I'm getting married on June the 26th. I want to congratulate all of you on your engagement. I'm looking forward to exchanging information.I have a question. I've found my dream dress. I'll be ordering it in December. The problem is that it's strapless and I love it just the way it is but I would like to cover myself up a bit during the church ceremony. I went online and searched for alternatives. I found a lace jacket that I adore.The question is, do you think it would look nice with my dress? I love them both so much.I'll appreciate your opinion. Hmm, I love the bolero jacket, and I like the dress, but I like them each separately.If you're set on the dress, how about a pair of long gloves?

i agree i like them separately. they're both beautiful though. there's a lot of options for coverups, so i wouldn't give up if you're set on that dress. HTH, GL

Thanks guys, that's exactly what I thought. I love them separately and as much as I tried to imagine them together it wasn't working.I'm definitely set on the dress. Does anyone know anywhere where I can find more bolero Jackets etc that could look nice with the dress?

Another option would be to look for a seamstress who could create one for you.  In an organza or tulle materiel to match the dress better.

Where will you be getting your dress? If there is a seamstress she may be able to give you some ideas also, when you put on the dress.

I can't find it anywhere in Vienna so I'll be ordering it online. When it arrives maybe I'll ask a seamstress to look at it and give me advice. Or maybe I can show her photos of the dress and she would be able to advice me. Thanks ladies.

I actually really don't like the bolero jacket, but I do like the dress.  I would do short/cap sleeves  in tulle.
