Not wearing white. At all.

My dress is actually a dress for a renaissance faire.  It's essential a floor length hunter green velvet gown.  It has bell sleeves. I'm wearing it with a Celtic ribbon sash at the waist that's hang nearly to my knees.  Onth is page (ttp://www.tightsgoddess.com/cgi-bin/store/perlshop.cgi?ORDER_ID=151589139&thispage=faire-pair-dresses.html) It's the red one on the bottom left, just in green. I love this dress. It's not white (I did NOT want white.) I can reuse the dress when I go to ren faires, It's simple (I didn't want/ couldn't pull off fancy fouffy, typical Bridal), and I can move.

No, it's not a theme wedding.  I just didn't want a standard white dress. The celtic sash has been traded out for an ivory thin linen scarf tied at my waist.I actually have a man of honor (he's wearing a business suit) and my teenage sister is my only BM. She's wearing some sort of blue knee length dress.  All I told her was "find a blue church dress."  I didn't particularly care what she wore so long as it was blue or silver (my wedding colors) and it wasn't so fancy she couldn't wear it again.
