If you live in or around the Chicago area, or even if you're visiting Chicago Volle's is a MUST! They were absolutely fabulous with me and I found my dress on my very first visit. From the moment I walked in they treated not only me, but my Mom and my future mother-in-law like queens! They were very respectful of me and valued my opinions. Volle's came highly recommended to me, and I would say that even if you're not from Chicago - MAKE THE TRIP, they were so wonderful!

I had an opposite experience at Volle's. As soon as they learned my price point, they turned their nose up at us. Our consultant made rude comments towards my sister. I also didn't like that they don't let you take pictures or tell you anything about the dress designer. I did find my dress there, however, I went elsewhere to purchase it. I would not give them my business. My co-worker had a great experience, as did my aunt. I guess it's all in who you work with.
