I am a wedding guest this weekend...help me wear this dress right??

Hey ladies...hope all your wedding planning is going great!!  I normally hang out on The Bump, but I am going to a wedding this Saturday.  It is an evening wedding and I have a very pretty dress from Victoria's Secret that I plan on wearing.  It is teal and it is the multi-way dress.  Do any of you have the multi-way dress from Victoria's Secret?!?  I want to wear it one shoulder this weekend and when I put it on last night I was trying to figure out what to do with all the extra long material?!?!  I tried tucking it in, but then the bunching looked bad, I tried tying it and it just didn't look right.  I looked up a video on You Tube and a girl stuffed it in under her armpits and under her bra, but she said it moves around some when you do that.  Any help would be appreciated?!?!

This is the dress worn the way I want to wear it, but I just don't know where the model is hiding all the extra material??

  • To me, it looks like the extra material has been wrapped around the models waist.  Why do I feel the need to feed this woman a burger? LOL!

I have never worn a convertible dress (but I would love to get one just for the functionality of it), but is there a way to wrap the straps around your one shoulder and then take the two separate pieces and wrap them around your waist and then tie in a knot or bow (depending on how much fabric you have left over) at either your back or to the side on the front?

Yea I believe that is how you do it.  I decided I would check the VS website itself and bam...there are the instructions on how to do it.  My mind was not working this morning...lol.  Thank you for your help!
