I went for my second fitting today, and it was a disaster. There were so many problems with the alterations that were made that I'm not sure it's fixable. I'm supposed to hear back from the salon on Thursday, but in the meantime I can't help wonder about the worst-case scenario. If I end up needing to get a new dress in 5 weeks, do you have any suggestions on how to do that? My original dress, which I loved before it was hacked up, was Talita by Melissa Sweet if that helps at all. Sigh. Blerg.
