Engagment pictures outfit

We have an engagement photo session planned in two weeks. I, of course, had my outfits planned, but I'm starting to have a psoriasis flare up on my legs. I had chosen one pants outfit, and the other one was a skirt. I have this skirt:

I planned on wearing it with a black, tucked in long sleeved top, some strappy black sandals and a long strand pearl necklace.

I'm considering adding some black tights or leggings and wearing it with either coral heels or a black ankle boot. Is that too much black? Should I chage to a white top if I use black tights or leggings?

Or should I just hit the tanning bed, which sometimes will heal psoriasis flare ups more quickly and ask my photographer if she can photoshop anything that is left out? Do I just need to find another outfit?

I normally agree with Liatris, but honestly...
    1. I think nude tights look terrible in photos. they never match skin tone so it's always obvious one is wearing nude tights, and if the photog isn't perfectly careful, flash makes them look suuuper fake and washed out.

    2. I think black tights with black booties would be nice and slimming. What's the top you were thinking? If black, then you're golden.

I would call up your photog now, and ask her about it. She may be a wiz with the photoshop, in which case you don't have to worry about this at all!
I WILL admit that nude tights with Polka dots or something would be very very cute, if you're trendy/young and interested in that route....
  • I like the black tights ideawith the bright coral it isn't too much and it will look really nice in the pics

  • I think I am just going to do the black tights and a black top with the skirt. Nude stockings I think will be too sheer. Better than nothing, but I think it will still show through, and I know even if my photographer promises to retouch the area, I will still be self conscious and I will probably try to hide it and just end up looking uncomfortable.

I think I was just over thinking it, but I felt like I just got a pimple the day before the prom, haha.
