Bridesmaid dresses- June Wedding

Is it appropriate to have Chocolate/Expresso bridesmaids dresses for a June wedding?

Not all. You can do whatever colors you want whenever you want IMO

I think you could makek them very summery!  I too am a June bride. I have navy dresses....which is dark, but the dresses are knee length and I will brighten them up with the flowers and accent color.

probably because it's a dark color and june is the summer and typically there are more "summer-like" (read: brighter) colors that time of year. but i agree, you do whatever you want!

Ditto pp's.. do whatever YOU want to do! If those are your colors, then go for it! I'm also a June bride, and my girls have a deadline of getting measured and putting down the deposits on their dresses in the next few weeks. Some of them have already done so, but I need to remind the others their time is running out!

Do you have dresses in mind for the girls? The shop I'm using for the girls suggested a deadline of January for a June wedding so they have ample time for the dresses to come in and do alterations if need be. HTH! :0)

I'm doing black dresses for an August wedding. I love the trend of doing a neutral color for BM dresses. While I would be ok with wearing a brightly colored dress, I doubt all of my bridesmaids would be thrilled.

Agreed with do whatever you want.  Just keep them simple and in a summery style.  Good luck.

And just an FYI: all of my BMs dresses came in within 2 months, but I also wouldn't recommend putting it off.  It is a HUGE relief knowing that we all have our dresses.
