i'm looking for a petticoat for my a-line dress online...and see that there are like 1-hoop, 2-hoops, 3-hoops petticoats... it's probably a silly question, but I have no clue: what's the difference? Is there any advantage of buying a 1-hoop over a 3-hoop one?
