Who is the designer of this dress?

Do any of you ladies know who makes this dress? It's on the Sheena & Cedric episode of My Fair Wedding. I absolutely love it and I can't find it anywhere. Sorry it's kind of a bad pic but it's the only one I could find.

It could be David Tutterra's own line of dresses. I know that sometimes he does use dresses from his own collection. I think that would be a good place to start looking.

It's hard to see all of the details, but it's very similar to a Casablanca style.

She had that dress already..David Tutera only gave her a party dress and changed the BM dresses, I don't know who the designer is.
