Ok so at first i didnt want to change dresses after the ceremony(which is at 6) because a couple of hours is not lng enough to wear a dress i spent a fortune on..........but me being silly didnt think of the florida heat and my outdoor reception....so i need to buy a short but still cute dress for the evening ....but ive only been in the states a few months so dont know where to shop....like department stores maybe or dress outlets....any ideas??
