So, I always loved the idea of having a simple, plain, unsparkly dress with a BIG necklace. Something colorful and chunky, a real "statement" necklace.
But then I went and fell in love with a big, sparkly, princessy dress. I don't have it yet, but here it is on the AA website (

Do we think I can still get away with a big necklace? I was thinking yes, but that instead of going colorful I should do it clear crystal or cubic zirconia, maybe something like this (

I guess I should just wait until I go for a fitting to really make a decision, but I've been thinking about jewelry a lot lately because we just picked out our wedding rings.
