Veils for a short bride wearing Sottero Adorae

I ordered my dress (Adorae, http://www.sotteroandmidgley.com/dress.aspx?style=JSM1307LU&page=0&pageSize=16&keywordText=&keywordType=All) and now I'm trying to decide on a veil. I tried on a couple different styles and I like the cathedral best - I just feel it so classic and beautiful. Also, because I'm pretty petite (all of 5 feet tall!) I feel like the shorter veils cut my body in half and make me look even smaller.

I'm torn between having crystals scattered all along the veil or just a small trim of crystals/embroidery. I feel like the trim of crystals clashes with the crystal band and is overwhelming for my small body and face. 

Any Adorae brides mind sharing what they are wearing/wore for their wedding? I'd love to see pictures! Thanks!

I am going to be wearing Adorae too, and I'm also 5' tall, so I def know what you are talking about.  I went with a cathedral veil with the scattered crystals.  I went with the scattered because we are having an afternoon wedding, and I liked the idea of the sun coming in through the windows and catching random sparkle off my veil.  My dress and veil won't be here until June sometime, so, unfortunately, I don't have anything to show just yet.  

Are you wearing heels with your dress?  I'm too much of a klutz, so I'm wearing flats.  I've started stressing about how much of the dress is going to have to be chopped off!

I'm also wearing a super poofy slip underneath to puff it out at the bubble bottom which should help keep the look and not require as much to be chopped off. My dress won't be in until September, I can't wait! </div>

I'm wearing Adorae too!  Even though I'm not wearing a veil, I like the idea of the scattered crystals on the veil and you're right about not giving a half-length veil that will make you look shorter!

I wore this dress as well and my veil went to about the middle of my back and had the same crystals from the dress around the edge of the veil. It was a very classic elegant look that matched the dress perfectly. It was not too much but just enough to sparkle. We don't have our professional pictures back yet, otherwise I would add pics! I would suggest trying on the veil with scattered crystals with the dress on and see how it looks. It might look really nice with the simplistic aspect of the dress. Also try on a few other concepts, putting the two together made my decision immediatly.
