Plus-size dresses in Oregon?

Hi! Anyone have any recommendations for plus-size gown designers? Any flattering fits other plus-size brides have found? I am not happy with my weight right now and about the last thing I want to do is go try on wedding dresses. Also, anyone have any good experiences with plus-size gown shopping in Oregon that they want to share? Recommendations for a place to buy a dress?

Don't know of any places in Oregon but there are several online sites that offer plus size dresses. We have a great selection on our site. Check out www.classyweddingdresses.com. There are many other sites as well. I know you can find the dress you want. Also, he proposed to the girl you are now, right? He loves you and you don't need to add the stress of dieting right now. There are plenty of plus size dresses out there that will enhance any girls beauty. Good luck. I know you'll find the perfect dress.

Update: I had my appointment yesterday at Bridal Exclusives in Salem and had an incredibly fantastic experience. Julie was extrememly helpful and never once did I feel like a plus-size bride. I was simply a bride. She never once batted an eye or made me feel self-conscious about being overweight. She was a lot of fun, in fact. They had a ton of options in plus-sizes and I ended up finding my dream dress! It is a Maggio Sottero and more fabulous than I thought would be an option for a plus-size bride. Bonus: The dress ran true to my street size and is extremely comfortable! I would highly recommend going there to any plus-size bride who has apprehensions about the dress buying experience!
