 This is by Erin Cole, and it is insanely expensive, but there is a seller on Etsy who can make something very similar for @100.  Still pricey, but I really love it.  I could choose any color velvet ribbon.  This is the brooch she would use.

Very pretty! Love that it's similar to the Haute Bride bracelet that everyone and their mom has purchased or made, but just a bit different

I just googled the haute bride bracelet.  I had never heard of it or seen it.  I like the one I found because the ribbon makes it delicate and less glitzy, but the other is nice as well.
