Last weekend, I found the dress of my dreams at The Posey Patch Bridal Superstore, but I will not be buying it there. My family and I were treated very poorly. Compared to other places I have been, the set up was great. The store was huge and the dresses were spread out so that you could see them better. However, the staff were not so nice and the procedures there were not flexible at all. No taking pictures. You can't choose more than 5 dresses that you like at a time. You have exactly 1 hour for your appointment and if you get there late, you forfeit the amount of minutes you are late; however, if the consultant is with another bride and you are forced to wait, you forfeit that time as well. Also, don't plan on touching the dresses at all until your consultant puts them on you. Don't ask to borrow the measuring tape to see how long your veil is and heaven forbid you stay in the dress of your dreams for more than 5 minutes because your consultant has another appointment. My experience was awful and several of other brides I have talked to said the staff was rude when they were there as well. I just wanted to warn other brides. It kind of takes away a bit of the magic when you are treated like a peasant instead of a princess.
