I bought my dress at a sample sale (for a great price) and I love everything about it, except the neckline. I would really like more of a sweetheart neckline but I am not sure that it is something that can be altered, because there is a lot of beading (see pic). I have no clue how alterations work, so can someone tell me if this can be done?
