You might try calling Nordstrom.  I spoke to the nordstrom concierge for the BM shoes I wanted, and they found one pair in a store and shipped them to me.  They were out of stock online.

PS. I don't know if you have tried these on... but, I had to order my BMs 1/2 size larger. I normally wear an 8.5 and I fit perfectly into a 9.

Thank you do much! I checked them out and also found them on shoes.com for Canada do I ordered them! After I wrote this post I discovered the silver satin which would be better but those are really hard to find. Now hopefully these will fit!! I got 7.5, since they're open toe. I vary between 7 and 7.5. Thanks again!!
