Going on a cruise this summer it's during our wedding anniversary! Need help looking for a white formal dress/cocktail dress,dont mind orderin it online either. would like it to be under $100. Any suggestions?

A lot of department stores sell wedding dresses that are very casual, and you might have luck going that route. Nordstroms, J Crew, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor are all good places to start looking online.

You may have a little more luck as it gets closer to the spring/summer. But I'll also second checking out White House Black Market - though once again you'll probably have to wait till the spring season.
