Wondering if any one else has been to RK bridal, and if you havn't here is your warning.
RK bridal in NYC is a warehouse of dresses with the absolute worse customer service ever! We walked in, they told me to sign in and then pick out 5 dresses and wait for my name to be called. Once I was called... Gilda (a 4ft 10", 70+ yr old lady) helps me put on 4 dresses.. doesn't clip any of the size 14 dresses on my size 4-6 body. I didn't try on 3 of the dresses we grabbed because once they were out of the garment bags I knew they weren't right. After the 4th dress I asked my mom to grab one of the straight dresses.. Gilda Says " No that's it, you tried on 7! Seriously is this a nightmare? I left that place a bit traumatised and tearful, thanks RK!
