Need help finding the designer of THIS dress.

I'm going alittle crazy.  This dress is IT for me - but I can't find who made it.  A friend sent me the pic without the info.   The wording states that the dress is made by Jasmine Couture - but I contacted them and they said that it's not one of their dresses... so I'm guessing that description was to the dress on the previous page.  Any help would be awesome!

I'm 99.9% sure that it's from Carolina Herrera's fall 2008 line, but that pic is really hard to see. Are those polka dots or daisy appliques?
