Shoes for my dress

Hey, can anyone help me with shoe suggestions? My dress is Maggie Sottero Shania. http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=V7145 I do want heels... But bitty ones - only like two inch heels. No four inch or flats! I'm pretty open minded, but I don't want bright colors... But silver? Sparkly? Ivory? Maybe something with ruffles?
