HELP!! I can't find out who the designer of this dress is!

Hi everyone! I have found the perfect reception/cake cutting dress but  unfortunately, the website i found it on was a Chinese wholesaler who replicates designer dresses. the designer name and style# is not listed on the website so I am having difficulty finding it. If anyone has any idea who the designer of the dress (see link below) is, I would greatly appreciate it! THANKS!!!

It looks like a pageant dress to me.  You might want to show the picture on a pageant forum (or print it and take it to a pageant store) and see if you get an hits.
