well i have sound my perfect dress!




Im just wondering what necklaces might go well with it. There is quite alot of 'bling' around the center and i dont want to be over welmed.

Any ideas?

I am having similar questions about my dress, but backwards. I don't have any sparkle on the dress and I need to decide if I want to add a blingy sash, or just do great jewelry.

I think pearls are a nice contrast to rhinestones. You can do a necklace with crystals and pearls if you want a little touch of sparkle. You could also do no necklace and great sparkly earrings, which I think would be a good balance. OR you could do a sparkly hairpiece. I personally don't want too much sparkle, so my advice is a little biased.

I'm wearing a very similar dress http://www.jlmcouture.com/Lazaro/Bridal/Spring/2010/Style-3018 and I'm only wearing large stud earrings and maybe a bracelet. I think if you wear a necklace you would be taking attention from the beautiful crystal belt. IMHO

I would do a big sparkly cuff and oversized studs.  Keep it simple but sparkly.

A simple strand of pearls, or something similar that is simple and close to the neck, not a plunging neckline

I would look for a choker type necklace, something close to the neck.  I think rhinestones/jewels will accent the belt, not take away from it.  My dress has a sparkly applique at the top of the bodice and I will be wearing a necklace that is short but complimentary.  Some dangling sparkly earrings will complete the look.

If you are not sure then purchase maybe two different ones - necklace and earrings - and put them on with your dress to find the perfect look!

I would keep it simple since your dress has a fancy middle.  Maybe some drop pearls or diamonds and a nice bracelet.
