All out! Groomens?

I dont know what to make the groomen wear.
Our wedding in on New Years Eve.
I will be wearing a gown with a beaded, lace up back white corset top and silver skirt.
My BM are wearing black cocktail dresses.
My FG will be wearing mini versions of my dress in black and red.
My FI will be wearing a full tux with bowtie in black ofcourse.

My FI told the men to wear their black suits with red shirts, im afraid they will be underdressed.
Any ideas what my GM should wear?

You got to decide your BM attire, trust your groom to make his decision for his guys.

Your FI has already decided what his GROOMSMEN (please use spell check) are wearing.  It's done.  Attire for the groom's attendants is completely and unequivocally the groom's decision, you don't get to override him.
This is a neglected planning bio.
This is a belated married bio, with no reviews yet because I'm lazy.

Sometimes I feel like people think that brides are delicate little flower princesses who get all dressed up and pretty for one special moment of their dreams, when really they're just normal people who just happen to be getting married. Things shouldn't have to be sugar-coated for grown-ass women. -mstar284

First of all it is groomsmen.  Get it the groom's men?  Not the groo mens or the groo men.

Second of all your FI can decide what they wear.  I think tuxes or suits would work fine.

    Have them wear tuxs.

if he is wearing a classic black tux, then it would look nice for the groomsmen to wear the same.

just give them different buttoniers than the groom.

as for the sentiment expressed above that the decision for the groomsmen's attire should be made independent of the bridesmaids...why?  It's one wedding.

Maybe the couple could discuss it and come to a decision together?
