My dress style is a little less common in bridal salons...I wanted straps and lace. I tried on dresses about four times, and at the fourth shop I found a dress that I really liked and I put a down payment on it. There didn't seem to be a lot of options with the type of dress I was looking for, and my wedding is in April so I knew I had to act pretty quickly.
Since then I've run across almost the exact same dress in a magazine. Different designer with a few small different details...I'm loving this new one based on a photo, and am starting to really second guess the dress I bought.Am I torturing myself thinking about this other dress? Should I go to a salon to try it on? Or is that a horrible idea? I feel like a complete spoiled brat right now.
The salon I purchased my dress in doesn't carry the other designer, so I don't think they will help me out switching dresses. It seems like I can only get half of what I paid for dress if I sell it, when trying to plan a budget wedding that doesn't seem like the greatest plan. What should I do??
