I found my wedding dress!!

http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Tea-Length-Satin-Gown-with-3D-Floral-Details-WG3165_Bridal-Gowns-Features-Designer-Gowns-Galina

It's tea length.. I'm kind of nervous, because i never even considered a tea length.. However i saw it hanging out the mannequin, and i'm desperate, so i tried it on.

and it just made me even more happy then any of the other dresses have!
and its in my price range AND they carry my size!!  (NO ONE  carries a 0 :( its sooo frustrating.) so i think its meant to be :)

are any of you ladies wearing tea length??

  • I adore tea length dresses, and that one is very cute!  My dream dress is a tea length one.

That dress is great!  And whatever you do, don't ignore that happy feeling!

I got that feeling in a dress I tried on, but kept looking because that dress was ivory and I thought I wanted a non traditional color.  I wound up going back to the dress that originally gave me that happy feeling, and now I've got another dress that just wasn't The One hanging in my closet, waiting to be listed on Ebay.

But...why is it that you're feeling desperate?

I LOVE tea length dresses, I seriously considered going that route, but I bruise SO easily on my shins and knees and didn't want to worry about ugly brusises showing on my wedding day!  I also love shoes...think of the fun you can have with shoes with a tea-length dress!

  • So pretty! I love it! If I weren't getting married in November, I would've done tea length too. Congratulations!
  • I love that dress!
and I completely understand what you mean about NO ONE carries a 0! I can't stand shopping for that exact reason!
  • That is very pretty & feminine. I love it. Congrats on finding your dream dress!
  • omg love this dress! it's so pretty! what a fun choice
  • Way too cute!! I'm too traditional (as much as I hate it!!) to wear anything tea length..
  • Very cute, this way you can show off killer shoes!
  • In a previous forum post, I was debating between this dress and a few others.  I am obsessed with this dress. I think it's amazing on, very very very adorable.  Congratualtions! :) I think you'll be VERY happy on your day!

And yes, AMAZING SHOES need to be paired with that dress!
