Necklace

Would you wear a necklace with this dress?  If anything, I was planning on wearing a strand of pink pearls. I will not have the flower nor the belt.

if you do, it should be a tiny pendant that hits around the hollow of your neck. It doesn't need anything, though, it's adorable all on its own!

No, I personally wouldn't, but I would probably get some funky earrings.
