Veils

Does anyone know where to buy a veil for a reasonable price online?  Tulle is so cheap and its insane how expensive a veil is considering the inexpensiveness of the materials going into it.  I really don't want to spend more than $50 and I'd like some beading around the edge.  Thanks!!

<div>Some have had luck with valuveil on here and while their prices are good, I wasn't happy with their customer service when I asked them if I could see an example of what their "scattered pearls" looked like.  I think I'm getting mine off of ebay...  Etsy also has some great options.</div>
  • I used http://www.valuveil.com/ and was happy with it. It's great if you want something plain.

keep an eye out for sales at the bridal salons.  I got my $300+ veil for $75 during a sale! =)

Tulle/veil material is NOT created equal. of the 3-5 i tried on, they definitely felt and acted different.  one was sort of scratchy , but held shape pretty well. the one i went with had smaller holes, so it felt smoother/gentler, and cascaded/moved a lot better.  a lot of times the online cheap ones are just gross material.  if you're going that route -- just make sure you can return it if you arent happy with the product.
  • I bought mine on etsy and was very happy with it! It cost a fraction of the cost of the bridal salon ones
