UPDATE to "Opinions on shoe and dress"

I posted yesterday about the pair of shoes I was considering with my dress....it's a few posts down "Opinions on shoe and dress" and has pictures.  Anyway, I got the shoes today (LOVE!) but the "white" isn't so white.  My dress is WHITE, and the shoes are more ivory and I'm a little upset because I love them but I don't want to look stupid with a white dress and ivory shoes.  Will that look funny, or do you think it's not something that will be really noticeable?

Oh no! I hate to say it, but that is something that would really bug me. Maybe you don't mind it so much, and if you don't, I think it's fine!

I really don't think that anyone but you would notice with how pretty your dress is and all the details on both to look at, but if it will bug you I agree with PP and say get new shoes. Or add a hairpiece the same color as the shoes and make it a choice to mix the colors. But it wouldn't bother me if the colors are slightly different.

No, trust us, no one will notice the color difference unless it's a huge variation in color (think bright white and yellow).
