Cap sleeves for wedding gown

I bought this dress: http://www.davidsbridal.com/Product_Strapless-Satin-A-Line-with-Beaded%20Waistband-WG3389_Bridal-Gowns-Shop-By-Silhouette-A-Line

I want to add beaded cap sleeves that look like the attached picture, but that match the beading on the waistband on the dress (see attached). Any ideas about where I can get the sleeves? I'm in the DC area, so if you know of a good fabric store and/or seamstress, that would be great.

Any other ideas for the fabric and type of sleeve that would look good with this dress would also be greatly appreciated.

I am of no help.... but I just think it's a great idea!  The dress you picked is very pretty, and I think the sleeves will look great!

I agree, the sleeves would look great! If you can't find something in a store to do yourself talk to a seamstress; I'm sure it wouldn't be a very difficult alteration to do. Sorry I don't have any actual recommendations.

Unfortunately, the David's Bridal options didn't match the beading on the waistband or provide me with the arm coverage I want...
