(Added Pictures) How to style bridesmaids who have different one-shoulder dresses and different leng

All my BM and MOH have different one shoulder Dessy/After six dresses- same fabric and color but different lengths ( 3 have floor length, 3 have cocktail length) One of the girls dresses has her one-shoulder on a different side than everyone else....how can I bring this look together?  They will have the same bouquet, but all different hairstyles. I love the idea of everyone having different looks, but at the same time, I want it to look "together" and not all over the place. Suggestions?

Edit: Here is a pic of the dresses: http://www.dessy.com/shareboard/?id=83201

  • I think with the same basic style, same color, and same fabric, it will all tie itself together without you having to do anything.    I think if their boquets are the same (or really similar), then they will look great, especially with different hairstyles, jewelry, etc.  Bridesmaids don't have to (and SHOUDLN'T) all look identical.  Same color will be fine!

Is there anyway to shorten the long dresses? This is something I'd have to see--the shoulders don't bother me, but the different lengths do.
  • Same shoes or same sash and same hairstyle ie all up or all down etc. I think the dresses being the same color and fabric will do 90% of the work for you. Those are just some ideas to add a little more consistancy.
