So I bought the perfect dress, and I still think it's perfect. However I had it on for two hours at the alterations place and it about killed me! It is a corset and it is so uncomfortable. My MIL said it doesn't have to be that tight and she can loosen it so it is comfortable, but how comfortable can you make a corset? I have started looking at other dresses because nothing is more important to me than being able to be myself, laugh, and feel completely comfortable on my wedding day(it's on the beach btw). I have found a couple that are a complete diff. style(no beading and simple, my first is lots of beading and very full) and now I am thinking about consigning the first and going for something more comfortable. Any advice from brides who wore corsets? BTW, i still love the dress but I am scared I won't be comfortable....so I am completely torn.
