I bought a dress yesterday that I am planning on bustling with my mom as a special project. She wasn't able to be there when I bought the dress and would love to have her help me put in the bustle. She is very good at sewing and I know will not reck the dress. However the dress is lace and I am looking at trying to put in an over bustle. This is the dress that I bought and this is the bustle I am looking at. Is there anywhere that anyone knows of that I can get instructions on how to do this kind of bustle?
